FROZEN SHOULDER (Adhesive Capsulitis)

Writing From Inside the Condition I did not choose frozen shoulder as an abstract subject. It chose me. I am writing these pages with my right arm supported, my shoulder painful and restricted, and my left hand doing the work that both hands once performed without thought. The microphone beside my computer is not a decoration. It is part of how I continue writing when ordinary movement has become difficult.
